we make wine and beer
Our vineyards are located in the plain between the Veneto-Friulane mountains and the Adriatic Sea. The climate in these areas harmoniously combines the colder winds of the northeast with the mitigating breeze of the sea and contributes – together with the nature of the soils – to give the grapes scents and valuable characteristics.
In 2018 we began to produce also the first two types of craft beer: “The Blonde” produced with a selection of yeast in accordance with the Belgian Ale style and a use of noble hops from aroma, and “the Red” high fermentation, unpasteurized, that recalls the English type Indian Pale Ale.
The Ziliotto Estate winery covers about 15 hectares of vineyards in the east of the doc Lison-Pramaggiore area. The vineyard and the winery are followed by Paolo Ziliotto and his collaborators who, with commitment and passion, produce the white and red wines typical of this territory: Tai, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Prosecco, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
The 2Gru Brewery was born in Portogruaro within the Ziliotto Estate and represents the commitment of Marco and Chiara Ziliotto in drawing new challenges and new flavors from the earth. The Blonde and the Red are the first fruits of this new venture, which wants to highlight a symbol of our territory, the 2Gru, creating the opportunity to make known also elsewhere the characteristics and products of these lands.

We raise the main varieties of vegetables typical of our territory and, in the back of the farm, we raise hens, turkeys, oches, ducks and pigs, from which we derive most of the meat used for the preparation of our Dishes.
